Dear valued Club Rewards members,

 

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve you these last 11 years with our original Club Rewards program. The exponential growth of pickleball is leading us to change how we reward customer loyalty.

 

Starting on January 1, 2024, club codes will no longer attribute 5% Club Cash back to clubs. Instead, we will be implementing a new loyalty rewards program in early 2024 that will reward all our customers individually for purchases and activities on PickleballCentral.com. There will be more information coming soon on the new PickleballCentral.com Customer Rewards program.

 

We want to thank you for your participation in the Club Rewards program. We have built some incredible connections with clubs around the world that we are committed to sustaining. We plan on building on opportunities such as an enhanced paddle demo program to continue to provide club level benefits going forward. 

 

As we make this transition, the following are important to note with regard to the Club Rewards program: 
1.    Any Club Cash earned in 2023 will be available for redemption for 180 days upon notice of your 2023 Club Cash balance.
2.    Any Club Cash earned in 2022 will be available for redemption until March 31, 2024.
3.    Club Cash emails for balances will go out in early 2024 (likely February).
4.    Club codes will still offer the same 5% discount until otherwise notified.
