Membership Forms - Printable and Online
Complete the easy steps outlined below to activate your Sequim Picklers Membership.

Online Submission:

Step (1). Complete the online Membership Form and hit “submit.” ​

Step (2). Once your form has been submitted, pay your dues using the PayPal link. NOTE: Click to Continue as a Guest. Type in your email and Continue to the PayPal page.

*You may also submit payment by writing a check and (a) putting it into the box inside the equipment shed at Carrie Blake Park courts, or (b) mailing it to: SEQUIM PICKLERS, PO BOX 3441, SEQUIM, WA 98382.
Please make checks payable to Sequim Picklers.

Step (3). You will receive a Welcome Letter to the email provided from our Membership Chair to confirm your Active Membership once Step 1 and Step 2 have been completed. (If you mail a check, please allow 1-2 weeks to receive confirmation.)
The Old-Fashioned Way (Print your form & Mail in Your Payment):

Step (1). Click HERE >> 2022/2023 Sequim Picklers Membership & Liability Form-Printable Version to bring up a printable version of the Membership form. Print the form.

Step (2). Fill out the form completely and send it with a check for your Membership Dues to Sequim Picklers, PO Box 3441, Sequim WA 98382 (or drop both your form and check in the box inside the equipment shed at Carrie Blake Park courts).

Step (3). Once your form and payment have been received, you will receive a Welcome Letter via email from our Membership Chair to confirm your Active Membership within 2-4 weeks.
